GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS

Disclaimer: I (we), the undersigned, do hereby agree to abide by all the guidelines listed below of the private club known as B&G. I (we) also know that should I (we) not comply with the rules and regulations listed below, my (our) membership may be revoked and my (our) application fee will be forfeited without refund or I (we) may be asked to leave the event by the host.

Please initial each section.

1. ______Whatever alcoholic beverages I (we) bring to a B&G sponsored function is of my (our) free will and I (we) will not hold the host, co-hosts, B&G or it’s members responsible for any actions or incidences which may result from my (our) drinking. Appropriate action will be taken as described in the disclaimer above.

2. ______The host will provide plastic bags for members to store their clothing and/or personal belongings. However, the host or the club will not be responsible in the unlikely event any items are stolen, lost or damaged and any member found stealing any other member’s personal belongings will be subjected to appropriate action as described in the disclaimer above.

3. ______Any member’s action that results in damages to the host’s home or his personal property is the responsibility of that member and not the club, and appropriate action will be taken as described in the disclaimer above.

4. ______No illegal drugs or any others substances will be allowed at any B&G function. Appropriate action will be taken as described in the disclaimer above.

5. _____No overt sexual behavior will be tolerated during the scheduled B&G event, however playful groping or touching, hugging or kissing by mutual consent are allowed. Appropriate action will be taken as described in the disclaimer above for violations. With the host’s consent, however, members can stay beyond the scheduled end time and the host’s rules would apply – this will be indicated in the newsletter in the event’s announcement. The annual Rapscallion and Skin-tastic events will be considered special club events and special rules will be posted for these events. 

6. ______Photography is allowed only with the prior consent of all potential photographic subjects, including people in the background. The photographer must announce beforehand his intended use, i.e. personal use, the upload to the B&G web site and/or posting to our private B&G Yahoo club. Any member taking pictures without following the above guidelines will be subject to disciplinary action as described in the above disclaimer.

7. ______I (we) hereby assume any and all risks of injury, including death, to my (our) person(s) and property, arising from the use of provided facilities and equipment and participation in activities of B&G. I (we) further release and hold harmless for myself (ourselves) and heirs, administrators, executors, and the organizers of B&G, its members, officers, steering committee and agents from any and all liability of any and every kind and nature whatsoever, whether arising out of negligence or otherwise, for any injuries including death and loss or damage including theft, loss, negligence, fire or other act.

8. _____ We are a men only nudist group. Although our club name is Bare & Gay, men of any sexual preference or martial status is welcomed.

The following guidelines are for general information and need not be initialed.

1. A small admission cost will be charged by the host for each house event with the intent of covering the cost of the host’s food and beverages and any related party expenses.
2. Every member at an event will be naked. [Those who may have temporary health problems are exempted from this rule and may be partially dressed]. Footwear is encouraged at house parties, but is mandatory at our Rapscallion and Skin-tastic bar events. The host of the event has the option of disallowing smoking in his home or assigning a designated area.
3. Members are encouraged to thank the host(s) when they leave a B&G house party.
4. Each member is allowed to bring one guest to a house event and his guest must agree to follow all B&G rules, as well as to display basic courtesy. That guest must join the club at that event or afterwards to attend any future house events. The only exception is our Rapscallion and Skin-tastic bar events where an unlimited number of guests are allowed.
5. The host will obtain a membership list from the club prior to the date of his event to ensure only members and their guests are attending.
6. The club’s success is measured by its members’ ability to host house parties. If you are in a position to host, you are encouraged to do so.
7. Each member must have a valid email address to receive B&G notices. There is no other method of event notification and there are no post office mailings. Your address is kept confidential and would only be used if the club had no other way to notify you (e.g. a bouncing email address.)
8. Members are encouraged to post messages and non-sexual naked photos to the B&G Yahoo group, pending approval from the group’s moderator. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bareandgay/
9. You are encouraged to promote the club and solicit new members by directing them to our website or have them contact us at the email listed: bgofconn@aol.com

Please allow 1-3 weeks for acceptance as we only pick up our mail twice a month. You will be notified immediately with a “Welcome to B&G” information email. You can expedite our ability to notify you of events by sending an email to bareandgay-subscribe@yahoogroups.com – your subscription will be approved upon receipt of your printed application at our PO Box.

Benefits of Your Membership

§ House parties are held most months from September - June

§ Nude summer camping at gay campgrounds and a national gay nudist event in August both in nearby PA.

§ Our annual bar events - Rapscallion which is on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and Skin-tastic which is held sometime during mid-April. Dining/dancing in the nude at a private club for both events!.

§ A Yahoo Groups club for B&G members to post notices, news, photos, opinions and events.
